11.1. Manage the day activities of the association;
11.2. Carry out effectively confidentially the activities of the association
on a full-time basis in respect of which s/he shall be entitled to appropriate
emolument;
11.3. Forge close ties with the office that has been established
by the Regional Government to contribute to the endeavor for the reduction
of poverty with the participation of professionals and strive for the
implementation of the aims of the association;
11.4. Engage in such activities as may be necessary for obtaining
financial and material assistance from governmental, non-governmental,
and humanitarian organizations; devise strategies in accordance with
directives issue by the council; and assist in their implementation;
11.5. Submit nominees for high-ranking management posts to the Council
for approval;
11.6. Submit the Work plan and budget to the Council for approval; and,
upon approval, implement same;
11.7. Attend in the sessions of the Council without a vole;
serve as secretary of the Council;
11.8. Operate the bank account of the association subject to
the provisions of the memorandum of association and the directives issued
by the council;
11.9. Follow up and ensure the implementation of the aims of
the association and policies and by directives adopted by the council;
11.10. Hire and fire all personnel under the supervision of
the high-ranking heads in accordance with the directive adopted by the
council and the law;
11.11. Undertake proper documentation and ensure the keeping
of documents of the documents of the association;
11.12. Present periodic reports to the council;
11.13. perform other duties that are relevant to his responsibility;
