Sources of Revenue
13.1. Grants receivable from Tigrai Development Association.
13.2. Founds raised by the association from donors;
Article 14
Status
14.1. Pending the incorporation of the association as a juridical person, it shall conduct all of its activities through the good office of Tigrai Development Association;
14.2. Tigrai Development Association shall provide secretary, seal, stationary, and office.14.3. Upon evaluating the capability and efficiency of the association and exerting unreserved effort, the association shall be granted a legal personality;
Article 15
Relations with Other Bodies
Relations, which the association enters with non-governmental and governmental bodies, shall be made in accordance with the Memorandum of understanding signed between them;
Article 16
Dissolution
Where the association is dissolved for any reason, its assets shall be granted to bodies that operate in Tigrai in pursuance of the resolution of the council.
Article 17
Amendment
The memorandum of association shall be amended by a 2/3rd majority vote of the General meeting.
