Structure of the Association

The association shall comprise the following organs:

4.1. General Meeting

4.2. Council

4.3. Office

4.4. Auditor

4.5. Professional Sub-organizations

Article 5
General Meeting

The General Meeting, being the supreme organ of the association comprising all of the members, shall have the powers and duties to:

5.1. Adopt and amend the memorandum of association;

5.2. Submit nominees for council membership; dismiss same,

5.3. Appoint and dismiss auditor;

5.4. Convene the annual ordinary meeting and attend to the council’s and auditor’s reports; take decisions;

5.5. Perform other duties in its name where necessary
