6.1. Implement the memorandum of association as well as the
resolutions of the General Meeting;
6.2. Initiate policy and strategy of the association; implement
same upon approval;
6.3. Decide on assignments, budget, and directives on behalf of the
General Meeting;
6.4. Adopt and amend the articles of association regulating
the association and the sub-organizations on behalf of the General Meeting;
6.5. Organize professional sub-organizations; assist in the
improvement and consolidation of same;
6.6. Follow up and evaluate the progress of the association
every three-months in its ordinary session; In case of emergency an
extraordinary session may be held upon a call by the chairperson provided
that ¼ of the members demand so.
6.7. Endorse sum of money necessary for running the management;
6.8. Employ a Managing Director through a vacancy announcement;
dismiss same; set the salary of same;
6.9. The chairperson shall convene an extraordinary session
of the General Meeting where ¼ of the members demand so; set
the number of representatives required to attend the General Meeting
from each sub-organizations; fix the place where the meeting is to be
held;
6.10. Where necessary, any sub-organization may call for a
session of the General Meeting or Council to be held;
6.11. Perform such other duties as may be given to it by the
Managing Director;
6.12. Cause the substitution of its absent members by members
of the sub-organizations;
6.13. Take disciplinary measures;
6.14. Perform such other duties as may be given to it by the
General Meeting;
6.15. Perform other duties that are not inconsistent with the
aims of the association;
