Joint venture opportunities in various areas. A.P.T.-P.R would be willing to arrange contacts if people in the diaspora have finance opportunities to work with professional Tigraian in the region. A.P.T.-.PR can also facilitate with the region investment bureau for the initiatives to be realized
Article 8
Powers and Duties of the Chairperson
The chairperson shall have the powers and duties to:
8.1. Represent the association in accordance with the directives issued by the council;
8.2. Preside over the sessions of the General Meeting and the Council;
8.3. Call for the ordinary, extraordinary, and emergency sessions of the General Meeting as well as of the council in pursuance of Articles 6.6 and 6.8 herein;8.4. Perform such other duties us may be instructed by the council;
Article 9
Powers and Duties of the Vice-Chairperson
9.1. Act on behalf of the chairperson where the chairperson is about;
9.2. Perform such other duties as may be given to him by the chairperson;
Article 10
Rights and Obligations of Members
10.1. Members shall have the rights and obligation to vote and be voted for;
10.2. Participate actively in all affairs of the association with a view to realizing the aims of same;
10.3. Be liable for disciplinary measures where s/he committed an act inconsistent with the aims of the association;
10.4. Perform other duties in accordance with directives issued by the Council;
