Joint venture opportunities in various areas. A.P.T.-P.R would be willing to arrange contacts if people in the diaspora have finance opportunities to work with professional Tigraian in the region. A.P.T.-.PR can also facilitate with the region investment bureau for the initiatives to be realized.

The constraints are diverse and many. To mention few areas:-

A . Shortage of trainers
B . Competence of trainers in various fields
C . Poor I.T facilities
D . Meager Library and Laboratory resources and facility.

Needs

As the objectives and constraints are spelled out, the needs are open to the partners of Tigray. However to mention some:-

A . Innovative ideas, suggestions and contributions to come out of the present experienced constraints.
B . Volunteers to assist in Tigrai on their convenience in Teaching or otherwise

1.1. A non-governmental and non-partisan organization that will operate in Ethiopia and, where necessary, abroad is hereby established.

1.2. The name of the association shall be “A.P.T.-P.R”.
