Article 2
Definition
In this memorandum of association:

2.1. “Association” means Tigrai Professionals Association;

2.2. “Member” means any professional who has graduated with a diploma or above;

2.3. “General Meeting” means the supreme and the highest organ of Tigrai Professionals Association Constituted of all of the members.

Aims
3.1. Provide (Supply) professional based on the government demand;

3.2. Undertake studies in the areas of health, education, agriculture, medicine, technology, etc., and propose recommendations;

3.3. Cause the provision of trainings on various fields;

3.4. Organize periodic panels and conferences with a view to raising the awareness of professionals in Tigrai concerning the development of their region and society;
