B . Training of personnel relevant in justice delivery (lawyer, Judges, police etc)
C . Exchange of experience on Justice delivery system from volunteers. (Local/Diaspora).
D . Facilitate the periodic evaluation of Justice delivery in the region.
E . Research on legal empowerment.

C . In availability of mechanical and electronic equipments/facilities to render better serves.

Article 6
General Meeting
The General Meeting, being the supreme organ of the association comprising all of the members, shall have the powers and duties to:

5.1. Adopt and amend the memorandum of association;

5.2. Submit nominees for council membership; dismiss same,

5.3. Appoint and dismiss auditor;

5.4. Convene the annual ordinary meeting and attend to the council’s and auditor’s reports; take decisions;
